Ricardo Robinson founded Amagi Solutions Group after more than 27 years working across virtually every corner of the technology industry — from enterprise infrastructure and medical systems to manufacturing automation, dental practice management, logistics, and managed IT services.

In each industry, he saw the same pattern: capable teams held back by manual work that software should have been doing. Invoices chased by hand. Guard schedules managed in spreadsheets. Intake forms sitting in inboxes. Conflict checks done by memory. The friction was different in every business, but the root cause was the same — the software built for small and mid-size operators couldn't keep up with how they actually worked.

Before founding Amagi, Ricardo spent more than five years embedded in physical security operations as a key technology and systems leader for a proven security firm with nearly two decades in the industry. He led the technology buildout — dispatch infrastructure, field operations tooling, compliance reporting — and came away with a clear picture of what a modern guard company platform needed to look like. GuardMuster is the result.

QNLAA came from watching law firms and service businesses lose hours every week chasing unpaid invoices. IntakeIQ came from watching a firm lose prospective clients to slow follow-up. Every product Amagi builds traces back to a real operational gap — not a market trend.
